Menu supports the management of multiple restaurant dining rooms that can be configured and customized using a floor map or background image. To each, a specific menu and the relative price list can be associated. The interactive floor plan managed by the POS software provides timely and accurate information on the table status (whether the table is busy or free), whether the order has already been sent or not and if the customer is about to pay or has already paid.
Menu can manage several types of take-away with dedicated price lists and privileged time slots, production centers and special offers. Take- away orders can be recorded in the software specifying pick-up date and time and guest details can be retrieved from the database or new customers can be manually entered.
Orders can be sent to production automatically according to the specified pick-up time if the time required to prepare the dish, has been recorded in the software.

The restaurant POS software provides a fast and complete management of the order taking process and satisfies the needs of all businesses. Items can be organized in the menu in an unlimited number of categories and subcategories to which colors and images can be associated to simply their identification during order taking. The restaurant POS manages multiple variants, which can also be configured as modifiers: changes to the dish that allow to deduct from stock only a portion of the ingredients contained in the recipe and modify the price of the dish in percentage or unitary value. Dishes can be sold at a fixed price, according to quantity, weight or any other measurement unit; just calculating the price according to the amount sold. Orders can be entirely sent to the production center all together or the waiter can specify the progression of the dishes.
Prints can be customized adding information such as: waiter, table number, time, notes or other items present in the same order belonging to different production centers.
All the operations that can be performed in the software on orders or accounts, using a regular workstation, are also available on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The restaurant software is able to guarantee maximum performance on mobile devices tablets and smartphones with Android and Apple operating systems.

With Menu, bills can be issued in a fast and accurate way, reducing the margin for errors.
The restaurant POS software allows to print different type of document layouts when issuing the bill and can be interfaced with the majority of cash registers and printers available on the market.
The system can generate cumulative bills and split bills both manually and automatically. You can therefore issue multiple bills and documents from the same order, apply discounts or price increases and use different types of payment methods. Dishes can also be associated to each guest during the creation of the order. In this way when issuing the bill, the system will automatically display what has been consumed by each person and calculate the amount due.
In the software, a unique command which automatically sends the order to production, issues the document, closes the bill and opens a new order can also be configured.

Menu provides all the necessary tools to foster the relationship between customer and restaurant.
The detailed guest profile allows to record in the POS software all customer preferences, customize payment methods and assign specific price lists or special discounts that will automatically apply while issuing the bill.
The possibility to send messages from the software allows to inform guests on new promotions, to send birthday wishes automatically and marketing related messages to pre-defined group of customers.

The restaurant software is able to manage an unlimited number of promotions including: credit and debit cards, points accumulation, discount cards, pre-paid value cards or cards linked to specific items, as well as simple MxN or mixed articles promotional offers. It is also possible to apply discount vouchers, in terms of value or percentage, to specific customers and determine the expiry date.

Menu automatically opens a record for each shift where all revenue generated by the restaurant is stored and details on the dining hall and payment type are saved.
At the end of the day a complete night audit can be performed and a report containing details on revenue generated, specifying the type of document and payment method used can be automatically printed.
Using the bill processing screen, all accounting transactions can be quickly managed including invoices, outstanding payments, summary invoices and meal vouchers.
The restaurant program also allows to export night audits and provides the possibility to save data in a format useful for subsequent elaborations.

An authentication is required to access to Menu: in this way, the restaurant POS software will automatically associate the waiter to the order or bill.
The authentication process can be done via login and password or using a personal badge. Permissions can be easily assigned by simply adding or removing flags from the detailed list of operations allowed in the software system. Order traceability facilitates staff’s daily activities as it allows to verify at any time who made and sent each order. Thanks to this functionality, responsibilities can be assigned, tips on table served can be calculated and data on orders, staff and dining rooms can be collected for statistical purposes.
The restaurant POS software also records an archive where all operations made by each user are stored along with the relative date and time.

The inventory management features available in Menu have been designed to simplify and optimize all stock operations.
For example, the software allows to manage stock at the bar, restaurant and point of sale separately. For each item, minimum and maximum stock levels can be configured, information on suppliers, prices and quantities can be saved, the last purchase price can be recorded along with main and secondary measurement units with automatic conversion rules.
The restaurant POS Menu allows to manage in an easy and efficient way production, by specifying for each plate the ingredients and relative quantities. In this way it will be possible to calculate daily, weekly and monthly production requirements or manage banquets and events. According to this information, orders to suppliers can also be automatically filled out.

APPS AND TOTEMS

APPS AND TOTEMS

Along with Menu, an App is available for Apple and Android devices that allows customers to order directly from their smartphones or using a device provided by the venue. Customers can check the restaurant menu in other languages, search for dishes according to ingredients and allergens, view pictures and consult recipes. Using their device, customers can also call the waiter and ask for the bill. Customers can use the App from home for take away or delivery, specify date, time, address and pay online. Restaurants can also request a customized version of the App for their property with personalized name, colors and logos.
The same features of online ordering are also available when using kiosks or totems, devices from which the guest can pay using cash or cards and collect a receipt.

KITCHEN MONITOR

Kitchen monitor is an interface for interactive touch-screen monitors that allows the kitchen and dining halls to communicate in real time and constantly be connected to each other. Orders are displayed in a single screen on the production center’s monitor and can be easily scrolled and viewed. In this way, the production center can verify all orders in real time reducing the error risk and unpleasant delays.
Using this system, the kitchen can also communicate with staff, notify orders status, send messages to a specific waiter or to another production center and call the waiter.
